Mango chicken and rice tonight.

Youngest wants me to make macarons, which I declined to do lol, so he bought a box of Adrian Zumbo salted caramel macarons to make things easier for me Shocked

Thats the best way to pluck a chook mate.. Dip it into some hot water and the feathers almost fall out  lol

lol.. Yup.. I can remember watching my mum and nanna plucking a couple of chooks when I was little  Shocked

Can also remember when nanna made Pa chop the head off the rooster and it took off and run a lap without a head  Shocked Shocked
