We cooked a wonderful lamb roast and vegies last night and there is so much lamb leftover. I can't be bothered making shepherd's pie with the leftovers so instead I will make a big salad and toss through some leftover lamb pieces.

I am glad that your event went well Hiccs.

WOW just re reading my last post, I meant thin crepes not thick, I don't know what is going on with me, I seem to type the opposite to what I am thinking, is that some sort of condition?  I seem to say the opposite too, grrrr, I've finally flipped!

We had leftovers for tea... couple of sandwiches and a huge slice of pav...

Just a supermarket pav.. but I decorated it with lashings of cream, clear pink spinkles and little pink and white icing butterflies..

Looked bloody terrific..

Spent half hour doing the pav and putting the butterflies on top of mini mudcake muffins..

Had a real pink theme going today...lol

What's for dinner?

Post  feral on Sun Sep 15, 2013 4:27 pm

Busy day again, might dial a pizza later and make up a quick salad.

Have finally nailed the fine art of crepes so they're nice and thick, I always made a mess no matter how often I tried...It's all in a very hot good quality frying pan and a bit of butter/oil betwn each pancake, to keep the pan greasy.

I just put on some jam and a bit of cream and bobs yr uncle!
