Yeah surplus dough sucks. Its like eating cake around your meal except its less tasty.

Funny thing was I designed that burger in my mind for a bit of a joke. Then as dinner approached
I started getting hungry thinking of the paddy and the home cooked fries with that runny egg on top
lol.

So I actually made a couple. It was quiet nice. Especially if you are a Meatatarian.

steve-you're MKR take on your hamburgers had me laughing.
I can't watch those shows-they are so much wank but you did it so well but with real food!
What's with dribbling the sauce etc-all over the plate, instead of the food where its supposed to be- I don't get it! And the less you get-the more you seem to have to pay for the artistry. If I want artwork-I will buy a painting but if I'm hungry-I actually want to eat food for nutrition, not look at it and be charged for the privilege.
As to buns etc- totally agreed-just overfill for the real food. If I go out to a place that makes good hamburgers ; roadhouses make the best; then I ask for them to just put them in toasted bread- saves having to fill up with surplus dough or throw it out and I hate wasting food.
