Yeah they are like salmon so easy to overcook but easy in a wok to keep track of.

Wrapping fish seals in the juices nicely.

The BEST fish on the bone is a whole GRILLED rainbow trout wrapped in foil with a smear of butter and lemon juice. The meat just falls off the bone and with boiled spuds and peas it is orgasmic.....

Sounds good Wilson, I like doing prawns with a bit of pasta, and a tomato/garlic/onion and basil sauce... just keep it simple, and don't over cook the suckers, lol, nothing worse.

  It was awful and besides painful it was damn scary .I love prawns but wont shell them  yuck

Oh that sounds terrible marg!

My olds always buy the boned one, maybe cause it's cheaper, as a kid we always had it lol.

I buy it just for them.  Our parents can be set in their ways can't they?

I love my prawns, but hate shelling the little bastids!

Yep love  that type of seafood ..had a  fish bone caught in my throat  sideways  about 35 yrs ago sliced the inside of my throat the full length  of it ..damn awful experience

Me too. They are the first people on the planet that I have heard of that like the boned version of fish    Shocked .

We usually get the fillets, but my olds like the bone version...go figure, lol

I just eat it very slowly, am always scared of choking on a bone!

A nice filleted barramundi wrapped in tin foil with a slice of lemon, lime, 
pepper and salt cook for a few minutes a side on the barby is lovely.
