Re: What's for dinner?

I am Making the worlds first fine dining Medulla Burger.

Take a couple seasoned Hamburger Patties from Aldi.

And fry up slowly in a saucepan with some oil n salt in it.

Then fry up some flat fresh Potato chips.

NOTE: - MUST BE 4 millimeters thick. You will need 8.

Then Fry up an egg just so it is still a wee but runny but using an egg ring.
Do this slowly.

Once the egg is done.

1. On an empty plate make a round base of 6 flat chips for the Aldi Burger Patty

Why ? To soak up the meat juices and be the last layer to enter your mouth.

2. Apply a quick round of cracked salt on top of the chips layer.

Why ? To ensure the flavor we all enjoy with our chippies just because they are on the bottom doesn't mean
we cant make sure they get the salt of the arth they crave.

3. Take the Aldi Burger Patty and place on the lovey fresh Potato Chip Base. Apply one crack of salt and one crack of pepper to top of patty.

Why ? Aldi burger patty's are pre-seasoned to my specifications and are simply thick enough, not one of these skinny silly patties.

4. Then take the egg and place on top of the patty.

4a. A smear of Bourbon & BBQ sauce or the sauce of your choosing is optional on the patty at this stage. Don't liberally do it.
   I recommend none.

5. Apply One crack of salt and some Cracked pepper to your liking.

Why ? Once the Yolk is broken it brings a lovely warmth to the patty caressing it , bringing it the breakfast taste we love to enjoy.
Dripping down over the sides and into the edges of the potato chip base embezzled with cracked pepper and salt.

6. Take two more crisp potato chips and and stand upright touching at the top for garnish.
7. Apply liberal cracked salt on top.
8. Apply a small pile of potato chips to the side and apply cracked salt to your liking.
9. Add a small miniature  bowl of Bourbon & BBQ Sauce or the Sauce of your liking.

Why ? Just in case you make one on MKR.

NOTE: - The secret to the success of the fine dining Medulla Burger lies in the thickness of the lovely round potato chips. I recommend a perfect 4 mill.

Use cracked pepper and cracked salt where told. These are used to give explosive flavors.

DOUBLE NOTE: - This is not a big FAT ME UP meal. It is meticulously crafted and just enough to satisfy even the more reserved tummy. You will also notice there is no layer of cheese in this dish. I wanted to stay with non processed base elements keeping it fresh and a fine dining experience.

Pictures will be forth coming.

Pepperoni of course.

Yes I did say Pizza Hut I need a change this weekend

If it sucks we still have time to get a Chinese order in of a thousand entrees I guess as a fail safe.

PS Back on topic, they weren't too bad, a little bit oily but, let them cool down and they tasted better...good for a change and something new.

As for my dinner tonight, even you might like it:  just chicken mince with some garlic, curry powder, onion, copped potatoe and a few frozen peas, all wrapped up in puff pastry and fried.  Should be good...You probably wouldn't like the garlic and curry powder but surely the rest you would agree with?  lol

yeah....cut out the garlic, curry and onion and i could be tempted.......
