Hello MRG, yogurt is so good for you, especially while taking antibiotics and after you've finished too, lots of great bacteria for the gut.

 Sounds bloody delicious Feral Dude       I was on thyroid  pills for about 30 years but was able to go off them about 3 years ago 

Hot after my walk this arvo so will just have fruit salad for dinner. may add some yoghurt  now that you put the thought in my head
