I usually have Apple, coffee, 2 muesli bars one coated in choccy the other yogurt for breaky.

Then a Costco muffin for lunch. Then 2 cans of coke zero staggered out over the afternoon then a 
proper dinner.

Not to mention the onions are finely chopped up and don't fall everywhere like the Whoppers and its runny sauces.

In the United States Burger King have coasters for their drinks in their restaurants with photos of the Big Mac on them with the words "This is the actual size of a big mac" emblazoned across it.  Of course their burger is twice the size.
