Made a sensational mushroom sauce last night to pour over our chicken breasts, with boiled jacket potatoes and baby spinach.

Tonight it's spag bol - meat sauce is already made so nice and easy.

Blue Eyed Trevalla with parsley butter and garden salad. They didn't have any John Dory so at $46 kg it had better be nice

Last night I wasn't well so couldn't be bothered cooking. Swampy ordered a pizza and garlic bread from the local pizza place and I ordered a Greek salad. The salad was horrible - bugger all in it and soaking in dressing. Luckily we also got garlic bread so I filled up on that.

Tonight is my home made shredded beef nachos.
